David Bauer Custom Homes, Inc. is a custom home designer and builder. I am David Bauer, the owner and president of DBCH, inc. I build custom homes in the greater Cincinnati, Ohio area. I have been designing and building custom homes in this area for over 40 years. I take pride in giving each project my personal attention. Every homeowner is unique so I enjoy working with homeowners to create a design that is both personal and functional for their lifestyles. Client relationships and communication are paramount to me. I work with our clients in the design process, then serve as the general contractor to ensure the clients' vision is translated properly to the subcontractors. I see the project through from the initial design to handing over the keys for my clients to move into their new home. David was great to work with, and he was always there with good advice and counsel when we needed it.
